Biography:
Darkflow is a Psychedelic Space Rock band formed by Timothy McVeins and Fretbot in Cambridge, Massachusetts in August 2008. Joe Turner joined in September 2008 and Michael Braga joined in December 2008. The songs are improvised and the instruments rotated. Timothy McVeins produces the songs and artwork.
Mong-jane Wu is the OFFICIAL Darkflow Photographer/Videographer.
Joel Simches is the OFFICIAL Darkflow live Sound Man.
Darkflow's self-titled debut was released July 7, 2009. These songs were improvised at rehearsals, recorded by Joe Turner, mixed and produced by Timothy McVeins, and mastered by Joel Simches.
Ajda the Turkish Queen played flute on "Exordium" & "Space Raga".
Jim Whittaker spoke on "Exordium" & "Space Raga".
Darkflow are currently working on their second record, "Distance Varies".
Craig Dorfman played drums on "The Spectral Weight".
Dr. James L. Fanson spoke on "Calibration Phase".
Joel Simches played Moog on "Distance Varies".
Nellie Gray spoke on "Rotating Radio Transients".
Parmenator X played bass on "The Spectral Weight".
